As rendas vão de 500€ a 550€ para Suites individuais e 600€ para as Mega Suites. O valor da renda difere consoante tamanho e condições da suite. Para uma mensalidade completa acrescem despesas fixas no valor de 70€ mensais independentemente da escolha da suite, e uma provisão para consumos é de 25€ para as Suites e de 35€ para as Mega Suites.

Praça de Espanha, is our 300m2 apartment floor with all transport facilities and services at door. Composed by only 6 suites where 4 are usual individual suites with private bathroom and 2 are Mega suites with couple’s bed and private bathroom and additional private living room. Resident’s nevertheless share all common areas of the large apartment, such as common kitchen, living & Tv room, working room and laundry area. The house is a mixed gender residence and students are a balanced mix of Portuguese and Exchange students that have asked for an organized and calm accommodation for a normal daily student life.

 

Rents go from 500€ a 550€ for individual Suites and from 600€ for the Mega Suites. Rents are according to size and conditions of the suite. Additional to the rent, monthly fixed cost are 70€ and provision for consumptions are 25€ for the Suites and 35€ for the Mega Suites for full service.
